Reciting surahs by memory without wudhu

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Muftionline.co.za

1. Can we recite the Quran without wudu when we know the surahs by heart, i.e. without touching the Quran?

2. If yes then does the same rule apply to surahs in which there is an aayat of sajdah?

3. Also, should we perform sajdah?

Yes, but with wudhu.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
