Paying extra in a cash on delivery sale

Q: When we make purchases online, some companies deliver their goods on cash on delivery terms. But they or a third party (delivering company) charge extra if one pays cash on delivery but no extra charges if we buy using credit card. Is it permissibe to pay the extra charges ?

A: It is compulsory that the price of the commodity is confirmed at the point of sale.

Q: Yes, the price is fixed at the point when we are ordering online and the extra charges are are added to the price if we pay cash at the time of delivery.
