Keeping the second husbands surname for children from the first marriage

Answered according to Hanafi Fiqh by

Q: A woman has children from her first marriage. If she remarries, is it permissible for her to give her children her second husbands surname? The children and relatives know who the real father is. But friends and acquaintances might not know.

A: No, this is misleading.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
