Q: My wife is not living with me for last two months and she is demanding khula via sms many times and offers to give back haq-mahar. Can I accept her khula demand via sms? (As I told her, ok send me in written khula notice). Is my statement is a acceptance of khula for her, and should I treat it as a khula/ talaaq has been done?
A: Once you have accepted the khula the talaaq will be confirmed.
