Q:
1. Many families live in flats where it is not possible or highly inconvenient to perform ghusal for the deceased. Can the ghusal be performed in a purpose made ghusal khaana?
2. Can the trustees of the ghusal khana force family or burial societies using the facility to pay a fee for use of the ghusal facility?
A:
1. Yes, the ghusal can be done in a ghusal khaana.
2. It is permissible for the trustees of the ghusal khaana to charge a fee for the use of the ghusal khaana.

( ووضع على سرير مجمر وترا ) لئلا يعتريه ندواة الأرض ولينصب عنه الماء عند غسله وفي التجمير تعظيمه وإزالة الرائحة الكريهة والوتر أحب إلى الله من غيره وكيفيته أن يدار بالمجمرة حول السرير مرة أو ثلاثا أو خمسا ولا يزاد عليها كذا في التبيين وفي النهاية والكافي وفتح القدير أو سبعا ولا يزاد عليه (البحر الرائق 2/185)
( و ) تصح إجارة أرض ( للبناء والغرس ) وسائر الانتفاعات كطبخ آجر وخزف ومقيلا ومراحا حتى تلزم الأجرة بالتسليم أمكن زراعتها أم لا بحر (الدر المختار 6/30)
