Q: My question is how can a person make nikaah himself?
A: All marriage related matters should be handled by the parents. In matters concerning marriage etc. one should only take decisions after consulting one’s parents and elders. Taking decisions independently in such matters has serious repercussions and consequences in the future.
And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
