Istekhara: Dream or Heart?

Q: Which should be preferred most after istekhara a) the dream or any sign in the dream or b) what the heart guides?

Bismillaah

A: The more important thing is to make mashwarah with your elders and with understanding people.

And Allah Ta’ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
