If a man told his wife “tum aurtoun ke sath waisa hi karna jaisa falani ka husband karraha hai (the referred couple were divorcing) sexually use karke chorhdena wahi sahee rehta.” Will this constitute divorce. Please reply soon.
Answer:
The statement made in your question does not constitute divorce. One should feel ashamed of making statements of this sought. A man should honour his wife and womenfolk. How would one feel if ones mother, daughters or sisters are treated in such a shameful manner?
