Q1-The Jumu’ah Salaat which was read at the Buzrugs house does it have to be repeated?

Answer:
The Jumu’ah Salaah which was performed at the house will not have to be repeated if the conditions from performing Salaah were found, i.e. Ithne Aam (general permission), Jamaat (congregation of three people and the Imam), City (the place should be a city not a village), etc. It should be borne in mind that the above type of action (performing Jumu’ah Salaah at home with the prescribed conditions being found) is Makrooh (odious). (Ad-Durrul Mukhtaar, Vol. 1, Page 604)
