Is the following a Hadith: Whoever puts himself forward Allah Ta’ala will take him forward

I haven’t seen a Hadith like this.
However, this is indeed understood from other sacred texts. Allah treats us according to our intention and effort.
In Surah Maryam, Allah Ta’ala says:
‘And Allah increases the guidance of those who are [already] upon guidance.’
(Surah Maryam, Ayah: 76)
The famous Hadith about the three people who passed the gathering of Rasulullah (sallallahu’alayhi wasallam) also supports this deduction.
(Sahih Bukhari, Hadith: 66)
Similarly the Hadith that states, that the one who goes to Allah walking, Allah comes to him quicker.
(Sahih Bukhari, Hadith: 7405)
All of the above imply further spiritual progress for those who make a start…
