Imam Bayhaqi (rahimahullah) has recorded this narration as the statement of the great Imam, Sufyan ibn ‘Uyaynah (rahimahullah).
(Shu’abul Iman, Hadith: 934)
Translation
Those who hardly sin, fear Allah ‘Azza Wa Jalla the most, for their hearts are the cleanest.
And Allah Ta’ala Knows best.
