What is the status of Ziyad ibn Subayh, Abu Maryam?

Ziyad ibn Subayh, Abu Maryam (rahimahullah) was a student of Sahabah like Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah Ibn ‘Umar and Sayyiduna ‘Abdullah Ibn ‘Abbas (radiyallahu’anhum).
He is declared reliable by the Muhaddithun, like
Imams: Is-haq ibn Rahuyah, Nasai, Ibn Hibban (rahimahumullah) and others.
