Is there a verse of the Quran which states Allah is independent (Ghaniy)?

Answer

Allah Ta’ala discusses his independence numerous times in the Quran. This is the cornerstone of our Iman. Disbelieving in this great attribute of Allah will render one out of the fold of Islam.

(Refer: Surah Ali ‘Imran, verse: 97, Surah Zumar, verse: 7 and Surah Muhammad, verse: 38)
