Islam is surrendering your heart to Allah and not harming fellow Muslims

Is this Hadith authentic?

“Islam is that your heart surrenders to Allah and that the Muslims are safe from [the harms of] your tongue and hand”

Answer

Imams ‘Abdur Razzaq and Ahmad (rahimahumallah) have recorded this as part of a longer narration on the authority of Sayyiduna ‘Amr ibn ‘Abasah (radiyallahu ‘anhu).

(Musannaf ‘Abdur Razzaq, Hadith: 20107 and Musnad Ahmad, vol. 4 pg. 114)

‘Allamah ‘Iraqi, ‘Allamah Mundhiri and Hafiz Haythami (rahimahumullah) have declared the narrators reliable.

(Al Mughni ‘An Hamlil Asfar, Hadith: 1858, Targhib, vol. 2 pg. 164/165 and  Majma’uz Zawaid, vol. 3 pg. 207)
