Translation of a Hadith regarding being rewarded ten fold

Kindly translate the following Hadith

Answer

The translation is as follows:

“When a person intends to do a good deed, and then does it, ten good deeds will be recorded for him. When he intends doing a good deed and does not carry it out then one good deed is recorded for him. When he intends doing an evil deed and carries it out then one evil deed is recorded against him, and when he intends doing an evil deed and does not do it then one good deed is recorded for him due to him abandoning the evil deed”
