Removing stray hair from face

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Fatwa.org.au
Is it permissible for a man to remove hair from inbetween his eyebrows? What about removing stray hair from face?

Answer:

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

If a man’s eyebrows appear abnormal, it will be permissible for him to fix it to the extent that it appears normal. More than this is not permissible. Similarly, if a man has stray hair on his face (not including the beard area), he can remove them.
