My mother is sick. She is suffering from enlarged heart and water in her lungs. Is there any particular dua to recite so that she recovers from this sickness?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Jazakallah for writing to us.
Sit towards your mother’s head, raise both your hands and say “As-Salaam” 36 times in such a voice that she hears you. Inshallah, she will be cured.
Also, recite the following verse abundantly and blow on your mother:
أَنِّي مَسَّنِيَ الضُّرُّ وَأَنتَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِينَ
(Suran Ambiya, 21:83)
May Allah Ta’ala give her complete shifa. Ameen.
