QUESTION:
As Salaamu Alaikum,
I use a Credit Card but pay up immediately without incurring any interest payment. Also I pay an annual fee of approximately $75 for using the card. When travelling by Air I use lounge facility at the airport, producing the Credit Card and not pay anything (complimentary the Bank providing the Credit Card). Since I pay Credit Card Fee, I feel that the Bank is covering my expenses at the airport lounge through the annual fees I am paying, and I am not getting anything free from the Credit Card provider namely the Bank. Under these circumstances is it OK for me to utilize the lounge facilities with the Credit Card without paying for the facility?

Wa Alaikum As Salaam,
Yes, it is permissible for you to utilize the lounge facilities with the credit card without paying for the facility , since this is a complimentary lounge access which is provided by your credit card company.
