Jinn experiences

Message: Assalamu Alaikum.

Throughout my life I have had not many but a couple of “jinn experiences”, nothing serious just sleeping or in and out of sleep and a jinn held me down but tonight for the first time in a long time it happened but was different. I prayed Witr and went to sleep and woke up then closed back my eyes and after a while in and out of sleep I felt as if someone came up on the bed and put their hand on my waist from behind and was whispering and I felt the breathe on my ears and I realized it could not be anyone and I could not move for a few seconds until I made dhikr and forced myself to turn. Can you please explain what that was as it was different than what I would expect.

Wa Alaikum Assalaam,

This is an evil jinn. These beings come in different ways in order to cause harm to a person. Ensure that you read your duas before you sleep, especially Ayatul Kursi and the four Quls – blow in your both hands and pass them over your body (before sleeping). Whenever you experience bad dreams in the night, immediately recite, ‘A Ouzu Billahi Minash Shaitainir Rajeem and do the act of spitting on your left shoulder. At that time, recite the Ayatul Kursi and four Quls before going back to sleep.

And Allah Knows Best.
