I wanted to find out what is the ruling for males in Islam wearing rings as there are multiple different answers available online
Answer:
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Men are only permitted to wear silver rings that weigh less than one Mithqal (approximately 4.374 g).[1] Any other material or metal other than silver is prohibited for men.[2] Furthermore, the ring for men must not be known to be worn by women.[3] It is permissible for the stone on the silver ring to be of diamond, turquoise, ruby or emerald.[4]
