Question:
If A helps B buy a car for 10000 (does the paperwork etc.) and charges B 15000 in 6 months instalments and calls the extra 5000 service charge, will this be permissible?

Answer:
It will be permissible, This is because A is purchasing the car and then selling it to B for a higher price. A and B are agreeing to a set price.1
