Question 

If a khuff has a hole or more holes, is it allowed to repair the holes with another piece of khuff-material sewing it around over the hole? Instead of sewing it over the hole, is it also allowed to glue it over the hole?

Answer

It is not permissible to do masah over a leather sock that has holes in them equivalent to the size of three small toes. (Hidayah p.58 v.1)

However, if one repaired the holes by stitching them or by gluing them, then it will be permissible to do masah over them.
