Question

Asalamu Alaikum.

A person is newly married and having waswasa problem. He gets wasawis of Kinaya Words even though he has no intention. I just have a quick question. If a person is searching for information or masalah and he types (Kinaya Words or Kinaya Alfaz) itself on youtube or google, will these also regard as kinaya words or kinaya is only specific words? Please note that he did not type any specific kinaya word. He just typed this word (Kinaya Alfaz) for some research. Is this word (Kinaya Alfaz) also Kinaya? The person is having wasawis about it.

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Answer:

The way that waswasa can be controlled is by not thinking about it and not delving into the same thought. Saaiduna Abu Hurairah narrates that the Prophet of Allah said, ‘Allah has forgiven my ummah regarding those waswasas that creep into their hearts so long as they do not act upon them or bring them into their tongues’.  (Mishkatul Masaabeeh p.18 v.1)
