Salam, with the current Coronavirus situation, etc many people are sharing conspiracy theories saying it’s manmade, etc. I was always told that all disease and cure comes from Allah is there a hadith that can reaffirm this.

Answer:
Yes, there is a Hadith in regards to this. It has been narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “Allah has not sent down (i.e. bring into existence) a disease except that He has sent down (i.e. ordained and created) for it a cure.” (Mishkat: 4514 with reference to Bukhari)
