Question

Is it permissible for women to pray their namaz in a voice that is audible to other women at home? I mean, not really loud but in way that others can easily understand and hear the words being recited?

Answer:

With reference to your question, it is permissible for a woman to recite in such a voice that is audible to other women around her. She must keep in mind, however, that she avoids reciting too loudly in the silent prayers (Zuhr & ‘Asr), such that others in the room hear her. In the silent prayers, she may recite only loud enough for her own ears to be able to hear herself.[1]
