The 2 Rakaats Sunnah after 4 Sunnah of Jumuah

Asalamu Alaikum,

Is the 2 rakats after the 4 sunnah of Jummah prayer Ghair Muakkadah or Muakkadah?

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Answer:

In the Ḥanafī madhhab, the four rakʻahs (units) of prayer after the obligatory (farḍ) Friday (Jumuʻah) prayers are considered sunnah mu’akkadah, an emphasized sunnah. The two rakʻahs of prayer after that are considered sunnah ghayrmu’akkadah, a sunnah which is not as emphasized.[1]
