There is no wrong in going out in Tabligh if there is any hafiz with you. Perform the tarawih behind the hafiz, or the Jamat stays in a mosque where you perform the tarawih in a mosque and stay there until the Quran completes. If there is no such arrangement, then you should complete the Quran anywhere in tarawih and then go out for Tabligh, but keep on performing the tarawih whenever you go as well.
