I am a student and I am not able to purchase an authorized original software like Autocad etc which is too costly i.e. Rs 30000/-. Can I use pirated software for only learning purpose? These software are available free of cost for American students as I know.

Though the mere use of pirated software shall not be termed as haram and unlawful but it is against caution.
