Pleas let me know in datial the authenticity / meaning of Hadith no.233, volume 1 of sahih Bukhari page no.354, especially the treatment with camel’s urine.

The hadith no 233 of Bukhari is quite correct and authentic. This hadith is quoted in other books too. The ruling regarding the treatment with the urine of camel is that if one is in the state of compulsion i.e. the disease can only be cured by the urine of camel and no other alternate lawful medicine is available and it is prescribed by Muslim expert physician, then in exigent cases and in case of dire need one can go through this treatment.
