Asalamoalaikum. Is it allowed to touch a prayer book containg one complete surah without wazu and read the surahs writen in it without wazu?
Answer:
(Fatwa: 2458/2096=H/1429)
It is allowed to recite without wudhu, but the place of the surah printed in the book should be touched only in a state wudhu.
