Salam,My husband gave me three divorces in email. I was pregnant at that time but my husband was not aware of that fact. So did that talaq happened?
Answer:
(Fatwa: 448/355/H=1431)
All the three talaqs took place and you became haram for your husband whether your husband was aware of the pregnancy or not, in both the situations the ruling is same. Talaq given by letter or email takes place as well.
