If someone says Talbiyah during Tawaf (May it be Tawaf of Umrah or Hajj) due to ignorance or forgetfully, then is there any affect on validity of Tawaf, Umrah or Hajj?
Answer:
(Fatwa: 1273/1273/M=1432)
It shall not have any effect on the validity of tawaf though it is the tawaf of hajj or umrah.
