Take 20-25 grains of good raisin (munaqqa) and boil it in 3 cup water until the raisins swell. Take one cup of the water after the lunch and take one cup after dinner. You may eat the raisins as well, but take out the seeds. Also, take Jawarish Shahi 10 gm in the morning and evening with fresh water. If you feel exceedingly hungry because of fasting in Ramadan, you can leave fasting and should make it up later.
