I got married last year. We did not go for a child as we wanted to do Hajj this year but we could not do the Hajj for some reason. Now it is possible in-sha-Allah that I may go for Ph.D. abroad soon. My question is whether should we plan for a child now before going abroad or should we plan for a child after going abroad? Also is it a sin to delay going for a child?
