Whether Donation of human organ to save the life of relative or any human being is permissible in islam?
Answer:
(Fatwa: 1138/982=B/1429)
None is owner of his life and parts of the body, therefore neither can he sell it nor can gift to anyone. Such dealings are wrong and invalid:
مضطر لم یجد میتۃً و خاف الھلاک فقال لہ رجل: اقطع یدی و کلھا، او قال: اقطع منی قطعۃ و کُلھا، لایسعہ ان یفعل ذلک و لا یصح امرہ بہ کما لا یسع للمضطر ان یقطع قطعۃً من نفسہ فیاکل (عالم گیری: 5/338)
