One is not owner of one’s body parts to misappropriate in it freely. Hence, it is not lawful for anyone to donate body part to someone else.
و ان قال له آخر: اقطع يدى و كلها لا يحل لأن لحم الإنسان لا يباح فى الاضطرار لكرامته (شامى:9/488، كتاب الحظر والاباحة ط زكريا)
