Asslamalaikum, I came to know that a very popular soft drink named “APPY FIZZ” contains E211,E224. I have been told that both these are code names for Fat of pork(pig). Please tell me that is it true. Also tell me that should muslims consuming Appy Fizz can continue doing so or they should stop drinking Appy Fizz. Thanx & Regards, Allah Hafiz.

We have no certain knowledge about these codes whether they are pork fat or not. Any thing can not be termed as haram until it is proved by valid witness that pig fat was used in it. However, you can avoid on your own.
