Assalam Aleikum Please advice wadhu(ablution) can be done without covering head,salah would be valid.Its also said by elders to get more rewa one should not wipe the wadhu?

(Fatwa: 466/318/L=1431)
(1) Wudhu can be done without covering head. However, it is makrooh to offer salah without covering head.
(2) After wudhu we can wipe the parts of wudhu. It is proved by the holy Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم).
لا بأس للمتوضى والمغتسل أن يتمسح بالمنديل روى عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أنه كان يفعل ذلك وهو الصحيح …… وردت عدة أحاديث تدل على أنه فعله عليه الصلاة والسلام (طحاوى على المراقي : 44/فصل فى آداب الوضو و كذا فى الدر المختار والشامى: 1/256 مطلب فى المتسح بمنديل).
