In our area mosque after farz namaz all are reading salawath is it allowable in islam? any proof for this? After fazar and asar namaz all People go to imam for mulakath. is it correct? Please Reply quickly.

This prevalent Salat-o-Salam and meetings are baseless as per Shariah.
