Can a man marry the woman he committed zina with?

What are the conditions to be fulfilled to marry the same woman with whom the man is committing zina or had committed zina?

Answer

(Fatwa: 1167/734/L=1432)

There is no prohibition in marrying an adulteress if she is not married. Howover, an adulteress is better for an adulterer. Pious person should not marry an adulteress.
