assalamualaykum Can u give me a dua so i can become phisically stronger? 2.can you give me a dua so i can have some resepect with surrounding people/freinds?(ive seen such dua some were but do not remember)?

Keep your food and digestion system alright. Get prescription of any good physician and recite Surah Fatiha seven times in the morning and evening for this purpose.
Hold firmly the good deeds that lead to Allah’s pleasure. If Allah wills, you shall gain respect and popularity. Also, recite ya muizzu (یا معز) and Surah Qadr thrice after Fajr and Asr prayers.
