My Sister was divorced recently (Qula) and the people of society and relatives settled the matter with proper qula. Should and can my sister claim and also get all her belongings and also the gifts of her marriage and gift of husband given during marriage?

Khula causes Talaq Baain. After khula, you can take back every thing of dowry you gave to the bride except the mahr. It is not right to take back any gift given to husband which is commonly not taken back, but if there are items which are taken customarily, you also take them back.
