According to Hadith, the status of mother is higher than father; hence, you must help your mother and it is better to help her secretly so that your father could not know it. And if by any means it comes to your father’s notice and he stops you from assisting your mother then you should listen to your father’s words silently and convince him with wisdom and politeness. Continue serving and helping your mother besides showing good conduct to your father.
