I have kids. Can I add their name to my father’s name? Like my name is Tariq and my kids are Faaris and Ayaan. Can I add to Faaris Aijaz and Ayaan Aijaz.

The name of father may be attached with the names of children. There is no harm in it as per the Shariah.
