Is ghusl required after kissing wife on cheeks and lips?

If we kiss our wife on cheeks and lips then it is compulsory to do ghusl please help on this matter

Answer

(Fatwa: 168/168/M=1432)

Ghusl shall be wajib if semen discharges because of the practice. And no ghusl shall be wajib if only madhi (pre-seminal fluid) discharges as it happens before foreplay etc. However, madhi breaks only wudhu.
