Should I buy a car?

I cannot buy car without takin a loan on interest because here in delhi there is no shariah compliant loan available…what should i do should buy a car or not? 2)my brother ran into a huge loss of money. he has no option other than takin a laon from a bank here in delhi , which are interest based banks,otherwise he has to sell his house to clear the debt.and even he sells his home to pay off the money then again he needs finance to run the business again ,which arise the same situation of takin interest based loan plz advicr

First calculate the price of the car with the additional amount of interest on instalment and then purchase the car from the bank in return of the total amount considering the total amount as the price of the car. Then keep on paying the amount on instalment. Thus, you can avoid giving interest in purchasing a car.

(2) If your brother became needy due to the loss, then in case of emergency a needy person can take loan from bank only as much as necessary: ویجوز للمحتاج الاستقراض بالربح [الأشباہ]
