Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Is it okay to learn basic fiqh, basic aqeeda by ourselves and not seeking help of teacher on basic stuff?

Answer

(Fatwa: 657/657=M)

By learning without the help of any teacher, a person may be misled and may fall in misconception; especially it is difficult to understand Fiqh and Beliefs without the help of an Aalim; therefore it is recommended to learn Fiqh and Beliefs by any teacher.
