I am 19 year old currently living in karachi, Pakistan. I want to know whether it is feasible or not to attain Higher Education in London in islamic perspective?

If you can afford education there, your parents allow it and this does not cause you to leave any Shariah matter or commit any sinful act then you can acquire higher education in London. There is nothing wrong from Islamic perspective.
