I have completed M.C.A in 2005. Now I am working in BPO Company. Now I want to shift to software industry as I have finished my Computer Course. Now I have the capabilites to do the work in Software company. Could you please instruct me can I use the fake Company to show the experience. Currently I don’t have the experience in software industry but I have the potential to do the work.

It is deception to get a job by showing a fake experience certificate and deception is major sin in Islam; therefore you must refrain from it. However, if you are capable enough to perform the job then the earning of the job will not be regarded haram (unlawful), it will be allowed to use it.
