Did saying “Acha Dedaltoon” in response to your wife’s request for khula put your relationship in danger?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
I have a very important question to ask. This happened between me and my wife. My wife is very short tempered and on one occasion, she fought with me and in her anger she said she would leave me and she asked me to give her khula. Even I was angry but I did not say that I am giving you khula but I said ok I will give it you (“Acha Dedaltoon” was the specific word I used in reference to future). Is our relationship in danger because of this? Request you to answer as soon as possible by replying to this email as we both are tensed about this.

Khula did not take place with the said words and your relation of husband and wife is intact as usual. In future, avoid using the words of talaq or khula.
